What is your return policy?

Our return policy depends on the specific product and supplier. Some items are eligible for returns or exchanges within 14–30 days, while others may be non-returnable due to hygiene or custom production reasons. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply contact us to initiate a return or exchange. Items must be unused, with tags attached, and in their original packaging.

Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?

If you need to make changes or cancel your order, please contact us within 12 hours of placing it. Once the order is processed, modifications may not be possible.

Do you ship internationally?

At the moment we only ship within New Zealand 🇳🇿. We hope to expand in the future!

How long does shipping take?

Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days. Delivery across New Zealand typically takes 4–9 business days, depending on your location.
